Intergenerational co-living apartments tailored to the needs of independent older adults

The Singapore Land Authority (SLA) has awarded the tender for the former Henderson Primary School to TS Home Pte Ltd, transforming it into an inter-generational co-living community. Combining expertise from TS Group, The Assembly Place, and Crawfurd Silver Care, the development includes co-living apartments for independent older adults, sports facilities, and hobby-focused spaces to foster active lifestyles and social connections. Part of SLA’s adaptive reuse strategy, this project addresses Singapore’s ageing population by promoting inclusivity, community bonding, and innovative housing solutions.
